It was terrific to talk with LinkedIn Top 20 Podcaster Susan Lindner on her Innovation Storyteller podcast. We discussed the role of Fluid Thinking and the associated Subconscious Thinking Habits such as Focused Thinking, Analytical Thinking, Innovative Thinking, Conceptual Thinking, Intuitive Thinking, etc. play in the whole innovation process - it's so much more than just being 'creative'.
As Susan mentioned in her post, it is possible enhance those Subconscious Thinking Habits through an intentional, deliberate practice approach which strengthens the related neural pathways and thereby literally 'recodes' a Subconscious Thinking Habit. I hope you enjoy the podcast as much as I did making it as Susan's guest.
